As a mom to 2 girls, I can empathize with the feelings of overwhelm and confusion when navigating exercise during pregnancy and postpartum. Even as a physiotherapist with a passion for fitness, I was so lost with how to manage my prolapse symptoms after my second daughter. I was terrified to make it worse with exercise.
This is why I started my virtual physiotherapy business in 2020. I want to help women navigate fitness during these transitional times of their lives feeling supported and encouraged.
