I’M RHONDA!
I know how overwhelming pregnancy and postpartum phases of life can be. Add on pain and other symptoms, and no wonder women feel so lost and confused!
As a mom to 2 girls, I can empathize with the feelings of overwhelm and confusion when navigating exercise during pregnancy and postpartum. Even as a physiotherapist with a passion for fitness, I was so lost with how to manage my prolapse symptoms after my second daughter. I was terrified to make it worse with exercise.
This is why I started my virtual physiotherapy business in 2020. I want to help women navigate fitness during these transitional times of their lives feeling supported and encouraged.
I would love to help you get back to the activities you love to do with less pain and more strength!
If you’re not sure if Virtual Physiotherapy is right for you, feel free to reach out with any questions, I’d be happy to answer them for you. Send me an email: info@rhondachamberlainpt.com.

Hey! I’m Cass and I’m a wife to Dan and have 3 kiddos (2 boys and a girl), all born between 2019 and 2023.
Prior to having my babies I’ve worked at Cambridge Memorial Hospital since Graduating from the OTA & PTA Program in 2013. All my kids were also all born at CMH, 2 inductions, 1 natural and 3 large, beautiful babies!
I’m thankful for my background in physiotherapy, and experience going to pelvic floor physiotherapists prenatally and postnatally while navigating tearing after each birth.
What I didn’t have, was a Rhonda! I’ve spent a lot of my life “shoulding” on myself when it came to fitness and not giving myself credit for the hard and beautiful work my body has done and recognizing how I WAS active postpartum, I just wasn’t giving myself credit because it wasn’t an intense, perfectly balanced, or consistent workout schedule (as I thought it always had to be). But, is that even achievable?
In the business that motherhood beholds, whether you have 1,2, or 5 kids, I believe we can be healthy, move our bodies and learn to love how they’ve changed. It might just be different than we expected. I still find myself needing to move away from the “All or Nothing” mindset, and be kind to myself in the process.
I’ve found motherhood has given me a new appreciation for my body. Childbirth opened my eyes to how this body deserves to be respected, loved and cared for. I hope that I will inspire women to also believe that they too can care for their body, give themselves grace in the transition back to being physically active while also learning and managing mom life.
The mind-body connection is strong, and sometimes you need that person to come alongside you, encourage you, guide you and help you understand that you too are a beautiful strong woman! I hope I can be that person and friend as we embark on this wild and wonderful journey of motherhood together!
